Croque en bouche is a cream puff tower filled with cream and built together with caramel and nougatine.

We recommend 2 to 3 choux( cream puffs) per person.
Minimum size order is 50 choux.

The base and structure of the tower is made of nougatine( caramel and almonds).
Shape can in cone or cylinders.
We have decorations options( flowers, sugar flowers…)
