This edition is about our take on the French fraisier!

In this class you will learn:

  • génoise biscuit

  • chervil sirup

  • diplomat cream

  • strawberry jam

  • building a cake upright

Price is 14 000kr/person.

This class includes all the ingredients, professional kitchen facilities and the use of aprons and utensils as needed. Participants will receive a recipe email folder after the class and will take their pastry creation home with them.

The instructor of the course is Aurore Pelier Cady, chef and owner of Sweet Aurora Reykjavik.

Class takes maximum 8/10 people.

Class lasts between 1h30 to 2h00, depending on the number of participants.
